The America Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution Section has designated the third week of October (October 13-17, 2014) as a time to promote and celebrate peaceful conflict resolution practices worldwide. Please join us in recognition of the ABA Mediation Week initiative through a discussion about eliminating bias and promoting diversity in the field of mediation.
Hear perspectives from a sitting Judge, experienced litigator, and experts in the field of dispute resolution about the challenges and benefits of expanding diversity in the field of mediation. The panel will explore ways to enhance client service, promote accountability, and contribute to the elimination of bias in the selection of diverse ADR practitioners.
