Join us for this roundtable lunch co-hosted by the Arbitration Channel and JAMS. The session will bring together arbitrators, counsel, and ADR thought leaders for a candid and interactive discussion on the realities of arbitration in Latin America—what’s working, what isn't, and what keeps foreign investors and international counsel up at night.
Drawing from the diverse experience of our participants, we’ll explore persistent challenges, evolving trends, and emerging best practices in cross-border dispute resolution throughout the region. There will be no formal presentations. Instead, the conversation—lasting approximately 90 minutes over lunch—will be driven by the insights and engagement of those around the table.
Topics may include procedural inefficiencies, political dynamics, legal cultural gaps, and practical strategies for navigating arbitration across Latin America.
No advance preparation is required.
We hope you will join us for this timely and thought-provoking exchange.
