The ABA Health Law Section's Conference on Emerging Issues in Healthcare Law covers the most emergent topics facing the healthcare bar. As our industry undergoes changes and continues to develop with healthcare reform and enforcement, this conference presents an incredible opportunity to stay ahead of the trends.

Barbara Reeves will join a panel of antitrust enforcement officials from the DOF and the FTC to address recent updates on federal government enforcement actions and investigations involving health plans, mergers, hospitals and the pharmaceutical industry.  

Participating JAMS neutrals, Elliot Gordon, Barbara Reeves and Conna Weiner will lead a roundtable discussion on Friday morning of the conference focused on how litigators, transactional and in-house counsel attorneys can streamline the dispute resolution process.
