Beyond Mediation and Arbitration Basics: Neutral Analysis and the Use of Special Masters and Discovery Referees

Presented by JAMS Philadelphia

About the Event

Benefits of the traditional ADR processes of mediation and arbitration are well established within the legal industry. This program moves beyond mediation and arbitration into advanced uses of ADR not typically discussed within the confines of a standard ADR CLE program. Neutral analysis, a non-binding process that can aid in the evaluation and ultimate resolution of legal matters at any stage of litigation, is beginning to take center stage. Similarly, the use of Special Masters and Discovery Referees are increasingly used in a variety of contexts pre-trial, during trial and post-trial to resolve complex disputes, streamline discovery and handle delicate settlement negotiations and allocations.

Please join us for an in-depth discussion on these advanced uses of ADR. A cocktail reception will follow the CLE program.
