MCCA Creating Pathways to Diversity Conference

MCCA Creating Pathways to Diversity Conference

Presented by the Minority Corporate Counsel Association

Diversity Conference CLE Credit: CLE Credit Available

Since 1999, MCCA’s annual Creating Pathways to Diversity® Conference (“Pathways”) has been recognized as one of the most comprehensive forums focused on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), talent optimization, inclusive leadership, and management to bolster the recruitment, retention, and promotion of diverse attorneys. The conference convenes influential general counsel, in-house counsel, firm partners and thought leaders to present and discuss current and thought-provoking issues disrupting and shaping DEI in the legal profession.

The Creating Pathways to Diversity® Conference combines the Pitch Session Network, business development workshops, roundtables, a celebration of the Paula L. Ettelbrick, George B. Vashon Innovator, Rainmaker and Rising Star honorees, and CLEs with live Q&As. Expert panels will address topics such as origination credit, coalition building, performative allyship vs. real advocacy, implementing sustainable DEI strategy, inclusive work culture and more.
Join us October 9 – 11 in New York City as we gather in-person with the mission to know better, do better, lead better and transform for the better. JAMS is a proud sponsor of this event.
