This panel will explore the evolving landscape of gender equality in expert witness representation. It will assess the progress made since the ERE pledge’s inception, consider ongoing challenges, and discuss the key actions required to ensure fair and equitable representation going forward. Our WAW panelists, which will include experts, arbitrators and counsel among others, will discuss, from their experience, how the progress and evolution towards expert witness and gender equality may be impacting international arbitration, how are tribunals, parties, and counsel reacting to having expert witness from more diverse backgrounds.
