Learn how to analyze a regulatory issue that is unfamiliar, novel, or emerging. This year’s small-group interactive workshop will examine a set of issues that arise between healthcare providers, hospitals, and ancillary providers. Although, designed to help law students, young lawyers, and newer regulatory attorneys analyze new issues, obtaining relevant information, and identify pertinent resources, experienced attorneys are welcome to join the session.

JAMS Roundtable Breakfast: “Thinking Outside the Box: Uncommon Tools in Health Care ADR”

This roundtable discussion will focus on unique ideas practitioners can use or suggest in their ADR processes. Participants are invited to share tools they have used in mediations or arbitrations that may be unconventional but have helped either reach resolution or cut costs and streamline the process, such as:
