I recently completed my 11th year at JAMS. Since 2020, I have been conducting virtual mediations exclusively. I have mediated hundreds of cases in this manner and believe it is a convenient, efficient, cost-effective and beneficial method of settling disputes. I have recently revised my Mediation Procedures, attached below, which outline the steps for a successful virtual mediation.
