Background and Education
Jerry Cohen, Esq. is a practicing attorney in the area of intellectual property. He is a member of the D.C., Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and various Federal Court bars and registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and Canadian Patent Office. He provides mediation and arbitration services for JAMS and is available for domestic disputes throughout the United States and international disputes (for resolution conducted in the U.S. or abroad). Attorney Cohen was selected for inclusion in the 2010 edition of Best Lawyers in America in the Intellectual Property specialty.
