At JAMS, we are committed to social responsibility through pro bono work, community involvement, and sustainability initiatives. Our neutrals contribute hundreds of hours annually to pro bono dispute resolution, and we actively engage in volunteer activities like environmental cleanups and supporting local charities. We strive to make a positive impact and embody our core value: "We Have a Heart!"
