8th Annual Forum for South China In-House Counsel: “High Tech Industry Disputes and Sino-American Trade”
Presented by Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration and JAMS
About the EventThis annual event is the largest forum for Chinese in-house counsel in southern China. JAMS is proud to be co-host of this prestigious event this year together with the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA). SCIA is headquartered in Shenzhen - the heart of China’s ‘Silicon Valley’ and home to the majority of China’s high tech companies such as Huawei, ZTE and DJI. It is a critical time for Sino-American trade in the high-tech sector, in light of the current geo-political climate and concerns from the business community. This forum will discuss opportunities and challenges for ADR professionals and in-house counsel who are interested in Sino-American high-tech sector engagements and disputes. Chris Poole, JAMS CEO, will open the event. JAMS neutrals Robert Davidson, David Huebner, Barbara Reeves and Jeffrey Benz are speakers.
