The panel will discuss differences in approach between domestic and international M&A cases, and delve into the considerations corporate users weigh when opting for arbitration. Panelists also will turn their attention to clauses limiting disclosure and/or specific categories of damages, and to current legal developments that affect the arbitration of these claims.
