This annual event will explore the reasons why, in a diverse economy driven by diverse participants, the practice of arbitration and mediation has been persistently homogenous. Participants will engage in break-out discussions to frame real-world recommendations on approaches that can accomplish the goal of ADR neutrals reflecting the diversity of the disputants with whom they work.
