Ellie Hourizadeh, Esq., joins JAMS with more than 25 years of experience as a partner at an international law firm. Mrs. Hourizadeh has navigated complex cases involving many areas of law, including securities, health care, intellectual property, artificial intelligence, cryptocurrency, entertainment, licensing, real estate, manufacturing, and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, she has litigated cases arising out of recording contracts, dissolution of partnerships, antipiracy disputes, idea submission claims, distribution agreements, rights of publicity, employment issues and audits in the motion picture, television, radio, recording, publishing and merchandising industries.

Mrs. Hourizadeh has also served as interim in-house counsel to companies in various fields, including health care, media, real estate, manufacturing and software engineering, which gives her the unique ability to serve clients with creative business solutions, leading to efficient and effective resolutions.

Mrs. Hourizadeh served as a temporary judge for Los Angeles Superior Court. She has also served as a mediator for the Central District of California and Los Angeles Superior Courts since 2019.
