JAMS Supports ABA Mediation Week

American Bar Association: Mediation Week 2016

Events

IRVINE, Calif. – JAMS, the largest private provider of mediation and arbitration services worldwide, announced its participation in the ABA’s 2016 Mediation Week.

JAMS will host complimentary CLEs and events throughout the month of October. The ABA Mediation Week initiative celebrates the strides made to institutionalize mediation as one of several appropriate dispute resolution processes. The theme for the 2016 ABA Mediation Week is “Celebrating Mediation in all its Diversity.”

Additionally, this year, JAMS will conduct a social media campaign as part of its Mediation Week efforts. Infographics featuring JAMS retired judges and attorneys and their views on mediation and diversity will be shared on social media channels. Follow @jamsadr and #mediationworks to join the conversation and share your own experience of a successful mediation.

JAMS has been an avid supporter of the ABA’s campaign to promote mediation. This is an important effort from the ABA and we’re proud JAMS can play such a significant role.
