Irvine, Calif. – JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, is announcing its participation in the American Bar Association’s (ABA) 2018 Mediation Week, which will be held October 14–20, 2018.
JAMS will host complimentary continuing legal education (CLE) programs and events throughout the month of October. The ABA Mediation Week initiative celebrates the strides made to institutionalize mediation as one of several appropriate dispute resolution processes. The theme for this year’s ABA Mediation Week is “Mediation, Civil Discourse, and ABA 2011 Resolution 108.”
