Most recently, she retired from her sixth elected term as a superior court judge in Fulton County. Based in the Atlanta Resolution Center, Judge Tusan will serve as a mediator, arbitrator and special master in a variety of practice areas, including business/commercial, construction, employment, family law, insurance, medical malpractice, personal injury, products liability and premises liability.

Judge Tusan has earned a reputation for building consensus during disputes. She brings an extensive background with her to JAMS, and we’re looking forward to having her join the panel in Atlanta.

-Chris Poole, JAMS President and CEO

Judge Tusan regularly presents educational programs to the judiciary, attorneys and law students on a variety of legal issues, especially those in the family law sector. I’m passionate about helping others, especially in this community that I have served for so many years. I’m looking forward to this next step in my journey.
