F. Carlton King, Jr., Esq. is an experienced mediator and arbitrator who has handled cases in many substantive areas of practice. With more than 50 years of experience as an active trial lawyer, he has represented individuals and multinational corporations, plaintiffs and defendants, in both federal and state courts across the country. As a mediator and arbitrator, Mr. King has resolved numerous personal injury matters, including medical malpractice, product liability, and wrongful death cases. He also has experience with employment, real estate, insurance, trusts & estates, as well as a variety of business/commercial disputes.
