Presented annually, the CMO Awards were established in 2013 to celebrate the marketing industry’s top leaders. The awards include 8 categories that recognize top senior marketing executives from around the globe. The CMO Equity Leadership Award honors leaders whose efforts have promoted inclusivity and high-performance within organizations that promote rich diversity that authentically reflects the markets and communities that they serve.

In his role at JAMS, Mr. Smalls oversees marketing and communications strategy globally and provides leadership to the managers tasked with business development responsibilities. He currently chairs the JAMS Diversity Committee and serves on the JAMS Foundation Board. Mr. Smalls is also the Orange County Chapter President of the CMO Club.
Founded in 2008, the CMO Club is a global community for senior marketing executives to come together to share ideas and help each solve challenges in a candid and trustworthy environment.
