Irvine, Calif. – JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, is pleased to congratulate Leslie King O’Neal for her work as the editor of the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Technology in Construction Law legal guide.

This resource and practical reference is for construction lawyers who are looking for basic information about the various technologies now being used in design and construction, or who want guidance on how to gather and manage the vast quantities of data these technologies generate.

Earlier this year, Ms. O’Neal was honored with the Cornerstone Award from the ABA Forum on Construction Law. Its highest honor, the Cornerstone Award recognizes a member who has rendered long-term exceptional service to the construction industry, to the public and to the legal profession.

In applying her skill and insight, Ms. O’Neal has taken a leading role in helping to create a legal resource that we are confident will be a tremendous asset to others in the legal community.”
