Thank you for choosing JAMS as your Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider under the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) Program concerning your company's collection, use and retention of personal data from the European Union (EU) / European Economic Area (EEA) and, as applicable, the United Kingdom (and Gibralter), and/or Switzerland.
Unlike other providers, JAMS does not charge a fee for designating us as your ADR provider of choice. Standard JAMS fees will be applied should a DPF Dispute Resolution case arise. Please note that under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF), should an individual consumer bring a claim against a company, that company will be responsible for 100% of the ADR fees (JAMS case management and the neutrals' fees). The consumer is not responsible for any portion of the associated fees.
Please complete the information requested below to identify the key contact for notification of a DPF Dispute Resolution case being brought to JAMS for your company. You may designate JAMS as your ADR provider for either one or more parts of the DPF Program. It is important that the individual listed here, or their designee, be available and respond promptly (within two business days) to any JAMS communication regarding a DPF Dispute Resolution case. Should JAMS be unable to reach your company using the information provided, the relationship as your ADR provider may be terminated unilaterally by JAMS. Any such termination could impact your company's compliance status under the relevant part(s) of the DPF Program.
NOTE: Your registration with JAMS is complete and in effect immediately once this registration form is completed. For verification purposes, JAMS provides the names of the organizations and the relevant part(s) of the DPF Program that you register for to the U.S. Department of Commerce. Individual contact information is not included in this weekly report.
