About the Event

Experienced advocates and arbitrators provide skills-oriented training on how arbitrators and counsel can more effectively manage key aspects of the arbitration process: determining arbitration jurisdiction; preliminary conference; motions; discovery; hearing and evidentiary issues; award and challenges; drafting arbitration agreements; and ethics issues for arbitrators and advocates in arbitrations. The program will address issues pertinent to both US and international arbitration.
