In this second annual report, information has been captured regarding the volume and types of international matters handled in 2023.
Last year, 19,464 new cases came into JAMS, up 7% from 2022.* Of these new cases, 241 were international, with parties from around the globe, including Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Europe, India, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, the U.K. and the U.S.
